This timeframe allows us to identify and address the root causes of your pain, taking into account your goals, training programs, exercise execution, dosage, postures, movements, and pain triggers. Many clients inadvertently contribute to their pain through daily activities, and it is essential to address these factors.
I encourage you to have a friend, spouse, or another individual present during the consultation, as their assistance can be valuable for certain assessments. No specialized equipment is required; simply a chair, bed, and mat will suffice for the virtual session.

I have had the privilege of helping numerous clients overcome back pain and regain strength. It is important to understand that while I can guide you through the recovery process, the responsibility for your healing ultimately lies with you. Your success depends on your commitment to alleviating your pain, adhering to the prescribed program, and staying consistent. Healing a back injury often requires time—sometimes longer than just a few weeks.

While some complex injuries may require in-person assessments and coaching, others may only need virtual follow-ups.
